Multi-sectoral trade mission to Kazan and Samara, 3-8 October

Lighthouse has been contracted by the Dutch Ministry of Economic Affairs to organize the matchmaking during the upcoming trade mission to Kazan and Samara in early October 2010. The mission will be led by Mr. Marten van der Berg, Deputy Director General of External Economic Affairs of the Dutch Ministry of Economic Affairs.

Trade mission to the World Food exhibition in Moscow in September 2010

Lighthouse, together with VBZ (the Dutch trade organization for the bakery and confectionery sector) is organizing a food mission to the World Food trade exhibition in Moscow in September 2010. This mission is being organized on behalf of NL EVD International, agency of the Dutch Ministry of Economic Affairs. NL EVD International finances this mission through the program Collective Promotional Activities (CPA).

Registration for the trade mission on EE to Moscow and Yekaterinburg in June 2010

Lighthouse and the Chamber of Commerce Northwest Holland are organizing a trade mission to Moscow and Yekaterinburg for companies and organizations active in the energy efficiency sector. This mission will take place from 14 to 18 June 2010. The preliminary program is as follows:

Monday 14 June
Flight to Moscow
Briefing (evening):

  1. Presentation on doing business in Russia.
  2. Participants meet the Lighthouse team.

Tuesday 15 June
Morning: Visit to the Moscow city administration.
Afternoon: Individual meetings with selected Russian counterparts.
Evening: Network reception in cooperation with the Dutch Embassy.

Wednesday 16 June
Morning: Individual meetings with selected Russian counterparts.
Afternoon: Flight to Yekaterinburg.

Thursday 17 June
Morning: Visit to the Yekaterinburg city administration.
Afternoon: Individual meetings with selected Russian counterparts.
Evening: Network reception in cooperation with the NBSO.

Friday 18 June
Return to the Netherlands.

Why participate?

  1. Six to ten individual meetings with companies that want to do business with you.
  2. Networking with other participants.
  3. After the mission, you will have a network among all relevant players in the EE sector.
  4. A good understanding of the Russian EE market and its opportunities.
  5. Overall, a result that would take a minimum of five visits to achieve on your own.

Fee: EUR 500, exclusive of travel expenses and accommodation.

Luxembourg Trade Mission

A Luxembourg Trade and Economic Mission headed by His Royal Highness the Hereditary Grand Duke of Luxembourg, Crown Prince of Nassau Guillaume Jean Joseph Marie will visit Moscow and St. Petersburg from 11 to 15 April. A total of 24 Luxembourg companies active in finance, insurance, development and architectural design will participate in the mission.

The mission is organized by the Chamber of Commerce of Luxembourg and the Embassy of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg in Russia. Lighthouse was contracted as the local partner to organize the meeting between the participating companies and their Russian counterparts.
