Lighthouse Trade Advisor for Russia

As per 1 October 2011 Lighthouse has been appointed as Trade Advisor for Russia on behalf of the organization Invest Northern Ireland.

Trade mission to The Netherlands for the Russian Meat Processing sector

From November, 8th till 11th, the Dutch NCH organized, together with Meattech and Lighthouse, a successful trade mission to the Netherlands for the Russian Meat Processing sector. A delegation of ten Russian companies participated in the mission. Among them were pig production complexes, meat processing plants, wholesalers and importers of cooled and frozen meat and meat sub products, and also a representative of the Russian interest group National Meat Association. In the Netherlands the delegation participated in collective visits to Dutch meat processing companies, matchmaking and joined a meeting of Meattech. All participants, Russian and Dutch, were very satisfied about the established business contacts made during this mission.

Brazilian trade mission to Russia

November 1th and 2nd Apex-Brasil (Trade promotion agency for Brazilian exports) and a delegation of companies visited Russia for a trade mission "Brasil Tech 2011 - Brazilian Technology for Russia". This event was completely organized by Lighthouse. The objective of the event was to promote the Brazilian technology in Russia and also increase the exports of Brazilian companies.
